Welcome to ChoreChampions. By accessing or using our services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Code of Conduct

As a Champion, you are expected to behave appropriately and act in good faith. You must complete your selected quests honestly, upload only authentic and appropriate proof-of-completion photos, and treat other players/squad members with respect. Harassment, cheating, uploading inappropriate/offensive imagery, or gaming the streak system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

3. User Content and Imagery

By submitting photos to verify chore completions, you grant ChoreChampions a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze the content for verification purposes via our AI pipeline and manual review processes. Do not upload personal, sensitive, or offensive imagery. Any violation will result in account ban.

While ChoreChampions Inc. enforces a strict policy of deleting chore verification images upon completion of review, we reserve the right—and may be legally obligated under federal law—to indefinitely retain and disclose any content, user account data, IP addresses, and metadata to law enforcement or authorized child protection agencies (such as Cybertip.ca) if content violating child safety or criminal laws is detected.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ChoreChampions is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or user accounts at any time for any reason without prior notice. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChoreChampions and its operators from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your usage of the platform.

5. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
