You are an independent partner. Applying for the affiliate program does not create any employment, franchise, joint venture, or agency relationship between us.

2. Referral Credits and Commissions

Affiliates earn credits or commissions when referred users successfully sign up for paid subscriptions using their unique promo code or referral link. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, rewards, or cancel credits on refunded/fraudulent transactions.

3. Promotion Guidelines

You agree to promote ChoreChampions in a positive and professional manner. Spamming, keyword bidding (on trademarks), posting on adult/inappropriate platforms, or gaming the referral system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

4. Account Verification & Status

All affiliate accounts are subject to review. We reserve the right to accept, decline, suspend, or block accounts at our sole discretion based on compliance with these terms and promotion standards.
